7-Day Guarantee

1. Our technician must be allowed to complete the removal process. Early termination of the session by the customer will void all warranties.

2. When the session is complete, the customer must have a valid, current antivirus software that is active and running on the affected system for the duration of the warranty period. "FREE" antivirus software does not offer adequate levels of protection to be considered valid for the purposes of this warranty - exceptions are Microsoft Security Essentials, VIPRE Rescue, and AVAST.

3. The warranty only covers re-infection of one or more of the same viruses that were removed. At the end of the session, the customer is provided with a report(s) of all infections found and removed from the computer. These infections are the only ones covered by this warranty.

4. If a recurrence of the same infection arises and you wish to claim the warranty, The Virus Removal Pro must be notified via the "Open a Service Ticket" page on the website no later than midnight (Central Standard Time) of the last day of warranty eligibility.

5. The technician must be granted a second attempt at removing the infection before a refund will be issued.
